TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Contract

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Unique Travels Ltd. By making a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and all persons named in the booking. A contract exists when we issue a confirmation invoice.

2. Booking & Payment

Accuracy: You must check all documents (including your name and travel dates) immediately upon receipt. Your name must match your passport exactly. We are not responsible for any costs resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Balance: The full balance of your holiday cost must be paid no later than e.g., 8 weeks] before departure. If the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

3. Cancellations & Changes by You

If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, the lead passenger must notify us in writing.

Changes: We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee plus any costs charged by the airline or hotel.

4. Cancellations & Changes by Us

Occasionally, we may have to make changes to your travel arrangements.

Minor Changes: We reserve the right to make minor changes (e.g., flight time changes under 12 hours) without compensation.

Significant Changes: If we make a significant change (e.g., change of resort or flight time over 12 hours), you will be offered the choice of accepting the change, accepting a substitute holiday, or a full refund.

5. Passports, Visas, and Health

It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport (usually with at least 6 months validity from the date of return).

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas (e.g., for Pakistan or Hajj/Umrah visas for Saudi Arabia). Unique Travels Ltd cannot accept liability if you are refused entry onto any flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct documentation.

You must ensure you meet all health entry requirements, including vaccinations.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover you for cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of baggage.

7. Force Majeure

Unique Travels Ltd will not be liable for any compensation if the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by "Force Majeure." This includes war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, and unavoidable technical problems with transport.

8. Liability

We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and as a package organiser where applicable. While we exercise reasonable care in selecting our suppliers, we are not liable for their acts or omissions unless caused by our own negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of your travel arrangements.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
